WHO ARE RUDE HEALTH?
Rude Health are a London-based food and drinks company. We began mixing mueslis at our breakfast table in 2005. Today we’re still a family-owned company that makes breakfast cereals, dairy-free drinks and snacks, and we still create everything the same way. We only use the kinds of ingredients you’d have in your own kitchen - nothing artificial, nothing refined. We source our ingredients from fields, orchards and vines - not laboratories. The proof is in the taste.
DID YOU KNOW?
It is no secret that there is something extremely therapeutic about using your hands to express your emotions. Working with your hands can help you channel all that built up energy in an alternative format. Early week slump? Technology overload? Generally craving creativity? This one’s for you.
WHO IS GRAIN & KNOT?
In the Summer of 2013, Sophie Sellu attended a spoon carving and bushcraft workshop in woodland in the beautiful British countryside. Inspired by the techniques learnt, she returned home the very next day with an axe, much to her family's amusement. After giving some spoons away as gifts, friends and family urged her to pursue this avenue and to create a brand for her woodworking. A few cut fingers and splinters later Grain & Knot was born.
