As part of You’re In Rude Health Week Rudehealth have partnered with ChicP to provide hummus at the end of all these lovely events.

The other main partnerships for this event are Jade Jasmin, Rachel Welford and Jamu Kitchen for an evening of pure self love, man. Think Tonic for your mind, body and soul. Yes, we’ll be covering all three with an evening of massage, meditation, reiki, medicinal drinks and nourishing food…and a live DJ too. Zen-like high guaranteed.

Jade is a holistic massage therapist deeply focussed on both physical and energetic issues in order to create balance between the mind and body.
