Crispy Parmesan & Honey Carrots with Truffle Hummus

Ingredients

  • 5 carrots (peeled and chopped into chunky batons, leaving one flat side)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 50g grated Parmesan
  • A big ol’ spoon of ChicP Truffle Hummus to serve

Snackable carrots? Say less.

These aren’t your average roasties.
Golden, crisp and coated in Parmesan with a drizzle of honey and thyme, these carrots are sweet, savoury and made to be dunked, ideally into a chilled pot of ChicP Truffle Hummus. It’s the snack you didn’t know you needed, but now can’t stop thinking about.

Perfect for party platters, weekend nibbling or fridge door grazing. These carrots get better with every bite, especially when there’s Truffle Hummus involved.

How to Make It:

Preheat the oven. Set to 180°C and line a tray with parchment.

Coat your carrots. Toss peeled carrot batons in olive oil, honey and thyme.

Cheese it. Grate Parmesan onto a plate. Press the flat side of each carrot baton into the cheese.

Roast. Place cheese side down on your tray and bake for 15–20 mins until crisp and golden.

Cool + dip. Let them cool slightly (just enough to pick up without burning your fingers) then dunk generously into ChicP Truffle Hummus.
