A selection of pre dinner nibbles from ‘leftovers’. The hotel I visited this morning were throwing away the fresh fish from breakfast. They kindly gave me a box to put the fish in rather than throwing it out, so we have Courgette, smoked salmon & haddock creamy thyme bruschetta and Roast carrot 🥕 and cumin hummus.
